Participation of VERNIS MOTORS in the SUAVE Project: A Step Ahead in Digitalization

VERNIS MOTORS is proud to announce its participation in Project SUAVE, an initiative that seeks to accelerate the digitalization of companies through the digitalization diagnostic coupon. What is the SUAVE Project?

SUAVE is a novel, pioneering 30-month European project focused on promoting European Urban Agriculture (UA) towards sustainable and resilient urban food systems.

With a total available funding of €1,050,000.00, the general objective of SUAVE is to financially support European Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) operating in the field of European Urban Agriculture so that they have the opportunity to benefit from different types of support services.

THREE-PHASE MOTORS

NOVADAR INNOVA   designs and manufactures a wide variety of three-phase electric motors, ranging from 0.06 kW to 4 kW. They are made of iron and aluminum and with external ventilation. The working frequencies are 50 and 60hz. Depending on their revolutions, they are manufactured with 2, 4, 6 and 8 poles.

Its degree of protection is IP-55 and its insulation is class F-EFF2. These three-phase electric motors come fully enclosed and are vented outside. Its working voltage is 380V.

NOVADAR INNOVA  designs and manufactures a wide variety of low pressure electric motors. manufactured according to ERP standard, for industrial ventilation. Electric motors are designed to be integrated in equipment and ventilation boxes and air treatment units, industrial and professional kitchen hoods, among others.

Manufactured with extruded aluminum housing, set of connections protected inside the terminal box, integrated in the motor, with IP-65 degree of protection. Motor with IP-55 protection and class F insulation. Standard voltages 230V 50Hz for single-phase motors and 230 / 400V 50Hz for three-phase motors.

The rotary generators or converters use the mains electricity to move a motor that in turn acts on another that works as a generator. This generator allows to obtain voltages and frequencies different from the input, with the most common being an output voltage of 42 V and a frequency of 200 Hz. These converters are intended for the feeding of vibrating needles for compacting concrete.
Depending on the power they can supply, they incorporate a series of power sockets to be able to connect one or more vibrating needles. They can be connected to single-phase or three-phase networks and with input frequencies of 50 or 60 Hz. de 50 o 60 Hz.

SINGLE PHASE IEC MOTORS

NOVADAR INNOVA designs and manufactures a wide variety of single phase electric motors from parell d’arrencada mitjà. The IE1 single phase electric motors are assembled on B3, B5 and B14 type flanges and have a rear cover to avoid the entry of foreign particles, water, oli or pols into the interior of the motor.

The protection rating is IP-55 and the rating is F-EFF2 class. Aquests motors elèctrics monophasics come completely tancats and compete with outdoor ventilation. The treball voltage is 230V.
